I want to change my high school look to a college student look, please help?

i'm trying to change my entire wardrobe. i dont want to go to college looking like a typical high school, american eagle/ hollister guy. i want a more contemporary look, i like to call it a college look =)





i guess its more indie than contemporary.





names of stores that can help me with my new "college makeover" would be great :P

I would go with Kohls they have great men's clothing. Wear nice khakis (dockers) and nice polo shirts or dress shirts. You'll look great.

You need some good band shirts. Ones that you like, don't just get a band shirt because it looks cool.





Some nice pique polos (I'm a HUGE Ralph Lauren fan).





Dark washed jeans with NO holes. Maybe trade in Hollister for Calvin Klein or Banana Republic.





It's all about switching from "HS" brands as you'd call them to mature brands.





Check out thrift stores or smaller shops as opposed to chains for one of a kind items.





But remember that the clothes don't make the man.
Reply:Try to look funky and mischievous. Try not to behave like a sweet and u know. I think you should try on clothes of colours like {in case u r a gal} pink, red and acessorise yourself. In think youcan try the hip hop style. You can wear a cool hat which suits you.


{in case of a guy} You try wearing colours like blak, navy blue and you may wear sunglasses they might look cool.


But remember never try on too much of stuff it will look horrible.
